Please turn off all VPN (Virtual Private Network) while accessing our eLearning Platform to attempt your courses as your company's VPN Policy might be blocking the contents on our eLearning platform.
Turn off pop up blocker on your browser before accessing our eLearning Platform as pop up blockers will block the contents on our eLearning platform.
We strongly recommend the following.
Using a Laptop or a Desktop while attempting your courses.
Using Google Chrome to access our eLearning platform.
Being connected to a stable and safe connection before attempting your courses.
An email should be sent out to your inbox once your account is created. The email should look like the image on the right.
On your email application/ platform, you can search by keyword.
Key in “E-Learning Access”
or Search by sender “academy-noreply@cyberquote.com”
Check your Junk / Spam mail if you are unable to find the mail in your inbox.
Copy and paste the eLearning URL into your browser.
Log in with the Username and Password provided
Username : (Your Email Address)
Password : (Will be indicated on the email)
Click on the “Forgot Password” on our login portal.
You will receive an email to reset your password.
Follow the on screen directions and proceed with the password reset.
Once done, try to log in with the new password.
In the event if you still have not received any emails in regards to your login credentials, please contact us at academy@cyberquote.com.sg
Unable to Log in due to Wrong Username or Password.
Ensure that you are logging into the correct eLearning Portal which was provided in the email.
If you have forgotten your password or unable to login with your current password, proceed to reset your password and try logging in again.
If you are getting any other error messages, please take a screenshot and send it to academy@cyberquote.com.sg
Ensure that you have interacted with all the tabs in page.
Some of the lessons would require you to answer a question or to interact with an activity before you are able to proceed with the next page.
Once every task is completed, a text in purple indicating “Click NEXT to continue” should appear at the bottom right hand corner of the page.
Browser not responding
Ensure that your browser is working fine and updated to the latest available version. If your browser is not responding, force close the browser and restart the browser. On Windows Operating System, right click on your task bar and select task manager. Force close the browser via the End Task button.
Log in again into our eLearning platform and continue where you left.
Browser responding but unable to continue with eLearning Lessons / Quiz
If you are attempting the module on a Laptop or a Desktop and it freezes, close the current tab and start a new tab. Alternatively, you can close the browser and restart the browser. Relog back into our eLearning platform and continue where you left.
Avoid using IOS devices while attempting the quizes as it’s a known issue to freeze.
On your Dashboard, you should be able to see all the courses assigned to you. Courses will indicate the percentage of the module that you have completed.
In the event if you have completed the module but the percentage shows below 100%, please check the module again.

On your dashboard, select my reports.
In my reports, you will be able to see your Grades and Attendance
