Mastering Explosive Swings

This workshop is conducted in English and designed for financial practitioners and people who do not have professional training in investment management. Therefore, participants are:

1. Basic understanding of investment and trading
2. IT Savvy
3. A computer workstation/laptop with webcam enabled throughout the training session
4. A SingPass App in the mobile phone for submission of attendances

Payment can be made via SkillsFuture Credit, Credit Card, PayNow.

Payment must be received in full 7 working days before commencement date.

All applications sponsored by organisation are to be supported and approved by the HR Manager/Director or Head of Organisation prior to submission.

In situations where the organisation’s support and approval are found to be unauthentic, participants will not be entitled to funding and will be requested by CyberQuote to pay the full course fees.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply (except if the participant's withdrawal is due to medical reasons supported by medical certification):

1. On or after date of commencement – No refund.
2. Before course preparation email is sent out by CyberQuote (2 weeks before course commencement) – Full refund of amount paid.
3. After course preparation email is sent out by CyberQuote – No refund; the individual participant or endorsing organisation must pay the full 100% course fees to CyberQuote.

1. If payment is made by SkillsFuture, the refund will be credited back to the individual's SkillsFuture account.
2. Where possible, you should cancel your claim submission in the SkillsFuture Credit portal before the course start date.

* Any withdrawal or refund will be subject to a processing fee of $150.

* CyberQuote generally confirms a course 1–2 weeks before the course commencement date through email notification.

Replacement of attendance is strictly NOT allowed. There is no make-up lesson if participants are absent from the course unless a medical certificate (MC) is submitted.

Participants who fail the IBF assessment are entitled to resit the MCQ and Practical Test only once.

1. All trainees or sponsoring companies registering for courses funded by the respective agencies (e.g. SSG, IBF, etc.) are bound by the terms and conditions set by the relevant agencies.
2. For funded courses, trainees or sponsoring companies may be required to either pay the full course fees upfront or the nett course fees (less the funded amount) at the point of course registration.
3. If the trainee or sponsoring company fails to meet any of the requirements set under the funding scheme (as stated below or otherwise), resulting in the funding claim being rejected by the respective funding agency, the trainee or sponsoring company is liable to pay the balance of the course fee to CyberQuote or the relevant funding agency.

The claim may be rejected if:

• The trainee is not a Singapore citizen or Singapore PR.
• The trainee is not residing in Singapore.
• The trainee fails to meet the minimum 75% attendance requirement for the course.
• The trainee fails to pass the required assessment, where applicable.
• The trainee has been granted funding for the same course before.

4. If a trainee is found cheating, he or she will be barred from the assessment and CyberQuote reserves the right to take appropriate action as deemed necessary.

CyberQuote reserves the right to make changes to a course programme, date, time, and venue, or to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances.

Every effort will be made to inform participants as soon as possible of any changes. In the event that CyberQuote cancels a course, all fees received will be refunded in full.

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who achieve a minimum of 75% attendance and/or pass all assessment component(s) for the course applied for.
